The fee covers what Totlio does for you: payments collected automatically, deposited automatically, records ready for tax season, and who's-paid at a glance.

Families pay exactly the tuition you set, nothing added on top, whether they pay by bank transfer or card. Bank transfer costs you nothing beyond Totlio's 2% service fee. If a family pays by card, the card processing cost (2.9% plus 30 cents) also comes out of that deposit.
