Totlio is free to use.

No subscription, no setup fee, nothing per child or per family. You pay Totlio only when a family pays tuition through the app: 2% of that payment, taken out before the deposit reaches your bank. If a family pays you another way, there is nothing to pay Totlio.

The fee covers what Totlio does for you: tuition collected in the app, deposited to your bank automatically, records ready for tax season, and who's-paid at a glance.

Free for families too. Families pay exactly the tuition you set, nothing added on top, whether they pay by bank transfer or card. Bank transfer costs you nothing beyond Totlio's 2%. If a family pays by card, the card processing cost (2.9% plus 30 cents) also comes out of that deposit.
